Engineering Capabilities:
The quality of casting tooling, trimming tooling and machining fixture is the key point to keep the quality finished parts. We offer design services capable of taking an idea or reviewing the existing part design and creating this design to castability and machining availability.
Casting Tooling:
• Through design review of casting to identify solutions for potential or existing quality issues, and to offer suggestions for castability, metal savings,etc.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of tooling projects to ensure the casting meeting or exceeding customer`s expectations.
• Mold Flow capabilities.
• Vacuum assist for castings with porosity requirements.
• Team concept for casting and tool design.
• Stress relief program for die cast tooling to maximize tool life.
Trimming Tooling:
• After casting tooling design confirmed by customer, will start the design on the trimming tooling strictly as per casting tooling design.
• After casting tooling finished, will strictly check the rough casting size.
• Will change the trimming tooling design to suit the rough casting.
• After trimming tooling finished,will trim it to recheck.
Machining Fixture:
The good machining fixture design is to perform at maximum efficiency as machining.
